Everyone is very professional and pleasant when I came in to get my keys for my car. Keith came out showed me the inspection report they did and that I needed a new air filter for the air conditioner and ordered alight bulb and another part because it had a crack in it and also told me my brakes will need be replaced next time I come in for an oil change.

we got a dashboard message that our battery was dying over a weekend. we parked the car at barlow and dropped the key in the slot. no appointment. they checked the car, gave us a new battery and had the car finished by the afternoon. they even let me know we had lots of rewards points so the points paid for everything.
