Eric put 110% effort into answering my questions When I first started talking to Eric, I was honest with him that I was just poking around looking while waiting for the service department to perform When I first started talking to Eric, I was honest with him that I was just poking around looking while waiting for the service department to perform some needed maintenance on my current car. As we talked, I told him that I was just trying to get some ballpark numbers for "down the line"... I had NO intention of getting a new car 'anytime soon.' Despite knowing that there was almost zero chance of making a sale in the near future, Eric willingly answered question after question. He put 110% into giving me the best possible experience with the sales team and chased down some answers to some pretty weird questions. [Spoiler alert- you cannot put the chrome rails on the non-chrome equinox... the mounting holes are in different positions. Seriously, he went above and beyond to figure it out answers; what made it fun was the 2019's had basically JUST hit the lot, so he was learning with me! When he didn't know the answer for the 2019 models, he never tried to BS me, he chased down the answers. ] Not only did Eric make the sale, he made it a fun and memorable occasion. I will definitely look for him when buying my next car, or referring friends. Eric's willingness to answer questions didn't stop after I signed on the dotted line... the dealership is on my way home, so I'll admit I've stopped in a couple times with questions on some of the new features. Going 12 years between new cars is seriously a "time warp!" Thanks for EVERYTHING Eric!! More
