Great service; very polite staff When I made an appt to have my leased Equinox serviced, I was asked what the mileage and oil life % was. The person taking my information was very ple When I made an appt to have my leased Equinox serviced, I was asked what the mileage and oil life % was. The person taking my information was very pleasant, and explained what I should do when I get to the dealer. His instructions were very distinct and helpful... no guessing where to go or what to do when I get there. The gentleman who greeted me when I pulled in was very gracious and polite. Then another gentleman came over to get some information from me. Once this was complete, I was escorted into the very pleasant waiting area and was offered coffee, etc.; I opted for water and he opened a refrigerator and gave me a bottle of water and told me to help myself to more if I wanted it. I also noticed that there was a popcorn machine and you were able to help yourself. I waited approximately 45 minutes and someone came out and called my name. I was escorted to the cashier desk (my service - oil change and tire rotation - were included in my service contract. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Ciocca any time! I regret that I didn't get the names of the gentlemen who greeted me, but I did get the name of the clerk who assisted me. More
