Same as all the rest High pressure sales. One salesperson to the next wanting you to buy right now. Also, they pressure you by saying there are multiple people intereste High pressure sales. Finally I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. Unfortunately their extreme lack of customer service, respect for customers and will I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. Unfortunately their extreme lack of customer service, respect for customers and willingness to make changes made me have to find a better place to take my business Well, I’m happy to report I found one. Graham (the service tech) was great. I appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness. Also, I felt he listened to what I had to say, let me know he heard me then dealt with the issue or made note of it. Then everything was actually done. It feels like fresh air to me, but I guess great customer service is just par for the course at Ciocca. It was my second experience, both were great. Now, I finally have the Chevy dealership I’ve been looking for. More

There is also a very welcoming atmosphere created by the owner and some wonderful family events for new Chevrolet owners. We had an issue during our first service visit but found that the responsiveness and empathy from service rep could have been better. However, our concerns were addressed promptly by Brendan and the Owner. Very satisfied. More
