I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. The sales associate Nick was great and the sale went smoothly with Zach in the financial department. This is where it goes downhill. I’ve had the car only 9 days and 120 miles and by starting it on the 10th day I get 3 alerts on my dash and a check engine light. To summarize I brought it to the dealership to be diagnosed for the following morning. I was told the master break cylinder failed and they wouldn’t be able to repair it for a month due to the part being back ordered. They also told me no courtesy vehicles are available and to get a rental and I’d be reimbursed at only $44 a day. I contacted GM corporate and opened a case to escalate the repair and to try and get a courtesy vehicle. It’s since been silent on the dealerships end. So basically I purchased a brand new car that I’m paying for that I can not drive. And I have to go through the headache of getting a rental that I have to pay upfront for to hopefully be reimbursed for. If my car is kept more than 20 days I will be telling the dealership to keep it as I will declaring it a Lemon Law vehicle. More

After my 2022 Corvette blew its transmission at 2900 miles (manufacturer defect), Ciocca had a flat bed at my house right away and kept the car well protected. Steve Hawk, the Service Manager, Josh Miller and the team did a good job keeping me informed about the status of my car. They replaced the transmission, compensated me for my inconvenience and the car has been running great since then. More

Will not be back, I will drive out of my way to find another dealership for any future needs. 1. $200 to diagnose each question/problem is ridiculous. You get an electronic read out. 2. They thanked me numerous times for my “patience” but never put any action behind it (Have a cup of coffee. Here’s a free oil change. We vacuumed your interior for you as a thank you for your patience.) 3. They resolved the issue (after 3+ hours wait) -yay! - and mysteriously a new dashboard light appeared that same day. The odds of them being unrelated would be slim. They would not guarantee over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged if I brought it back. More
