Again, no pressure to purchase anything extra although in the end I did purchase additional warrenties. He explained everything and was extremely excessable even after the purchase when I had additional questions. Both Chris's made it clear that they would be there to help with any questions I might have even after I drove off the lot with my new truck. The allowed me to order the truck the way I wanted it, and held my trade in value for 7 weeks. When it came time for delivery, they lowered the selling price of the truck by approximately $150 to accommodate for the change in interest rate from from when I ordered the truck to when I signed the paperwork. Although its a small amount, going that extra mile was very appreciated and unexpected. Can you name another dealer that would have done all that? More

I really don't even know where to start, but these guys are absolutely fantastic. Joe and the entire department were jumping through hoops for me. They didn't have to do any of it and that's what makes the are absolutely fantastic. Joe and the entire department were jumping through hoops for me. I had an insurance issue which prevented me from getting my mustang right away, and a lesser dealership could've easily sold it to someone else. Needless to say they held it for me, and I couldn't be happier. They were all extremely friendly, and Joe had no problem with doing whatever I needed or wanted. A lot of places say they'll treat you like family, but Joe and everyone really did, and that's what sets them so high above anyone else in my opinion. If anyone thinks of buying a car somewhere else they should probably have their head checked out because I really, and honestly, can't think of how they could've done anything more for me. My original purchase of a 2002 Exp I have had excellent care and customer service from the emplyees and owner of this dealership for several years. My original purchase of a 2002 Explorer was with another lcoation and transferred to Ditschman. Over serveral years I have had good service and returned to the dearlership on many occasions. When the 2002 Explorer was totalled in an accident in December 2012 I approcahed Ditschman about a replacment vehicle and was handled professionally and courtoiously. My needs were met by all empolyees that I dealt with on the transaction, and i look forward to many more years of service on the vehicle with this dealership. More
