He spoke to me for a few moments, recognized which changes would really make the car more perfect for me and chose a different one for me based on that. When they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, he arranged to have one picked up for me and kept me informed when it arrived. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I told him I needed to be quick because I had my kids with me. He told me it would be only 45 minutes and he kept his word. My experience with Ditschman Ford began with a phone call to ask questions about the Lincoln MKZ. Buying our car was an enjoyable experience and the time that Ed spent showing us all the electronic features of the car was greatly appreciated, including synching our cell phones to the car "bluetooth"............this feature alone would definitely have taken us so much longer!
