In purchasing my 2013 Ford F-150, I had a very pleasurable experience with Ditschman Ford. Before arriving I had already done my research on what vehicle I wanted and exactly what I wanted or wou pleasurable experience with Ditschman Ford. I sat down with Chris Messina and he immediately made me feel comfortable about being there and also said he had and F-150 and loved it. He asked some questions to relax me and find out why I was interested in the F-150 since my current vehicle was an Escape. I told him I was still keeping the Escape for my daughter but that I was tired of always having to wait on someone else if I need to get something big that didn’t fit in the Escape or my husband’s Excursion. I had a very valid point and I told him I’m not one to sit around and wait even though it took me a year to actually go out and get a new vehicle as my Escape is a 2002. I told Chris everything I wanted and he quickly found a truck in NJ and called the other dealership to see if it was available and they said yes. So we did all the paperwork and they worked on a vehicle trade and signed the deal. The next afternoon Chris received word that the truck was not available and that when another salesman arrived at that dealership they found out the truck had been on hold for someone else. I received a call from Chris as soon as he found out and he stated he was already looking for another truck for me. Well he did and it was in Pennsylvania and was available guaranteed. Actually the 2nd truck was better than the first since it had the chrome package. I can’t thank Chris enough for all he did and how hard he worked to find me another truck. I will most definitely recommend Ditschman to my friends and family as well as continue to deal with them from now on. They truly made this purchase amazing compared to the issues I’ve had with other local Ford dealerships. More
