We met with Tom on Friday evening October 26th; test drove a Ford Focus and told him we need a quote right away even though Tom was very busy with other clients. Late Friday evening, Tom emailed a quote, we accepted the offer presented to us and by Saturday afternoon, less than 24 hours, she drove away in a new vehicle. Tom was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile getting us a price quote even though he was very busy that weekend before Superstorm Sandy. The weather was snowing and terrible. We were only looking at the Nissan Maxima because they had advertised very good deals on the 2012 leftovers. While he was cleaning off the second Maxima, she sat in the Lincoln MKX that was on the showroom floor and fell in love with it. Even though it was completely loaded with everything except AWD, they had very good pricing on it. Brett went out again and cleaned off an MKX for us to go out on a short test drive due to the weather conditions. She wanted the one in the showroom. They gave us a great deal. It fell within the payment range I had anticipated, and we said we will take it. Even after we had said we wanted it Jerry went and got us an additional 3% reduction on the monthly payment. It was already late in the day and everyone involved stayed so that we could take it home that night. Ed even took the time to sit with my wife and show her the basics of the My Lincoln Touch system. Our overall experience was better than we could have ever imagined. More
