This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the Ford Dealership. He listened to my needs and was attentive to all my concerns. Brian went over all of the vehicle options with me and Lou went over all the paperwork with me. Beth went over all the financial information, along with all of the remaining balance information on the factory warranty. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. They all had a positive attitude, and most importantly, not one of them was pushy or dishonest.
