I went to my local Ciocca dealership knowing they had a Focus St within there company. Contacted Geoff about the vehicle which was in West Chester. Geoff personally got the vehicle to Quakertown and set up Focus St within there company. Contacted Geoff about the vehicle which was in West Chester. Geoff personally got the vehicle to Quakertown and set up the test drive for me. At the time I didn’t know I was dealing with a Focus St specialist but it definitely made for a great experience. Geoff was fast moving and easy to work with. Andy on the other hand wasn’t going to let me walk away with the deal I wanted but that appeared to be his job because I watched him do it to multiple customers. Unfortunately I was looking for a car that was no longer made and in high demand so I had to cave to there offer. In the end I do still believe I got a fair deal and ultimately purchased the car because of that. During the inspection somehow the car was missing the windshield washer cap which I believe Geoff took off of his car and installed on mine. I believe I get a little more horsepower because the windshield washer cap came off of a Focus RS. The accounting department was a little busy but what can you expect for a Saturday. Daniel was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain everything and go over my loan in detail. I could not be happier with the car I received and the process it took to get there. Thank you Ciocca Ford! More

Geoff is the best! Very friendly. Went out of his way to bring me from Philadelphia to Ciocca to purchase a used 2017 Ford Edge. I thought it would be an awkward trip being in a car that length of time with bring me from Philadelphia to Ciocca to purchase a used 2017 Ford Edge. I thought it would be an awkward trip being in a car that length of time with a stranger but he made it an enjoyable experience with pleasant conversation. Once I arrived the process for purchasing the car was very fast and I was finished in no time. I look forward to when their new dealership opens in Philadelphia. Awful customer service. Sorry I ever bought a truck from them. Called 3 times for a problem and never got a call back. Went in for my oil change and they tried to charge me. I bought the service to have fre them. Called 3 times for a problem and never got a call back. Went in for my oil change and they tried to charge me. I bought the service to have free oil changes the first 4 years. They could not bring it up. Incompetent people. Very annoyed. More
