Nicole, who is the internet sales manager, was very professional and easy to reach by email and by phone and she set up the appointment for our eventual visit and answered any question I had prior to our visit. Alexander, our salesman, and Nicole greeted us when we walked in and were expecting our visit. Alexander answered all of our questions, took us out for a test drive, explained all features of the vehicle and handed us over to the finance dept where Dylan walked us through the financing options and additional vehicle coverage options. We were extremely satisfied with the treatment we received from the minute we walked in until leaving with our vehicle 3 1/2 hrs later. She answered all of my calls and emails quickly and gave me much information. When I arrived at the dealership, our salesman, Zakk, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Aside from a hiccup with me not having a cashier’s check for the down payment, everything went smoothly. They even lowered the listed price on the vehicle by $500 the day before I drove to Pennsylvania. Seems like a very honest and reputable business and I would highly recommend them. More
