We had a great experience at Apple Nissan from beginning to end. The staff there is not pushing which is a big plus for me. I loved Ron Smith he is very knowledgeable and always wants to make sure you are satisfied. We were so impressed that 2 weeks after we bought our new Xterra we went back and purchased a used one. That continued and our daughter an son in law also purchased one as well as his parents all from Ron. My family and I have fallen on hard times recently and needed to sell our truck and get into something more fuel efficient. We had posted on craig's list and got very few responses because of some of the needed to sell our truck and get into something more fuel efficient. Bailey contacted us about a possible trade in and my wife made some time and went in to the office to see what they could offer us. They gave us about what we were looking for in trade and offered to put us in a vehicle that was everything we needed but at first was less money back than we really needed. My wife left the dealership to bring me the numbers later that night and on her way home received a phone call that they would be able to bring the price down about an additional 500 dollars and offered to pay for the title and registration fee which can be about 270 dollars. They knocked off over 10% of the vehicle value. I realize one would say they were just trying to sell the car but they did not have to and the extra money was what we needed to pay our bills that are slowly overwhelming us. I can not thank them enough for saving my family and giving us another month to make it through and find another source of income. I bought my 2012 Nissan Sentra from Bailey a few months ago.
