I expected the 'big dealer' attitude but received something completely different. I am very very pleased with my experience at Ciocca and especially with our salesperson Alyssa Bragg. Alyssa was a 'no nonsense' person who respected my time to trade my 2016 Outback Premium for a fair value and drive off in a new 2020 Outback Limited. I challenged Alyssa to get me the fair value for my trade in....and she did to our satisfaction!! When arranging financing, Ben Walsh was BY FAR the best finance manager I have ever dealt with in my many years of financing cars. Ben took the time to explain all the options and was able to satisfy us in our financing, bringing the monthly cost of the car to what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Alyssa Bragg and Ben Walsh to friends if they are in the market for a Subaru...and recommend Ciocca Subaru as a great dealership! More

I purchased a 2020 Legacy Sport. Locating that model proved difficult for other dealerships, but Ciocca had a number of them in a variety of colors. I began my search online with Ciara. She was very responsive and very helpful during the negotiation process that followed via email. When a number was agreed to, I made an appointment to test drive and ultimately purchase the vehicle. I worked with Jake and he was very enthusiastic and positive about Subaru and Mr. Ciocca (philanthropy, customer service, sales records, quality of staff in the service center). Due to not trading in my vehicle, Jake was kind enough to drive my old vehicle to my home to allow me to take my new vehicle home that night. Extraordinary customer service. Dan B. assisted with the financing and extended warranty. Again, very helpful, patient and willing to work with us. I would also like to throw compliments to the detailers - I wish my car would stay this way forever!!! Finally, the manager Shawn (Sean?) chatted with my husband and I at the end of the experience to make sure all went well and to ensure that we knew of the Subaru Encore experience.
