Best price in Eastern Pa/Western NJ I was looking for new Forester and decided to price compare with 8 Subaru dealerships. This was during the Covid-19 crisis so I had to do everything o I was looking for new Forester and decided to price compare with 8 Subaru dealerships. This was during the Covid-19 crisis so I had to do everything on-line and by phone. I give the same specs to each dealership and Ciocca beat the others ones from a low of $800 to high of $2500 difference for the same make and model. I negotiated the O.D.P, includes sales tax, document fees, taxes, etc. When I went to the dealer to test drive, they did not try to renegotiate, as many dealers do, and stuck to their original price.Completed transaction online and later that same day drove my new car home. It is hard to find a dealership that doesn't play games with price, however this is one! More

A SHOUT OF FOR SCOTT BRODA. Ready to purchase a new Forrester with trade in. Referred to dealership thru Costco. There is a variation between Kelly Blue Book and and quoted trade in price. A few hundred dollars stands between us and purchasing our new Forrester. However, our experience with Scott Broda has been remarkable. We expect a knowledgeable salesman who is a strong advocate with management in getting us ‘the best deal”. Scott has been that. We hope for a salesperson who will not be ‘pushy.’ That is Scott. What sets him apart is he listens, is respectful, makes us feel like we are not competing with other customers for his time. If Ciocca can come close to the best offer we get in our search with other dealerships, we will buy here because of Scott. . More

Great Subaru buying experience This is the first time buying at a Subaru dealership, and I'm not sure I'll go anywhere else! Even though it was 45 minutes from my house, it was tot This is the first time buying at a Subaru dealership, and I'm not sure I'll go anywhere else! Even though it was 45 minutes from my house, it was totally worth it. Throughout the entire process, I was treated very well by J. Pacheco. Jake went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied not only with the car, but with the entire experience. Specific example - I needed to get my Thule cross bars off of my trade in, and wasn't able to do it myself. Jake spent as much time (and labor - it wasn't easy!) as needed to remove them from my car - above and beyond! He was very knowlegable about everything Outback, and made me feel like all my MANY questions were not only okay, but important. I will definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new/used car to go to Ciocca Subaru Allentown, and specifically to Jake Pacheco! More

Jeff and Mo KILLED it again!!!!!! Sincere - THANKS!!!! Truly outstanding work on Jeff's and Mo part - I purchased 2020 Forester Sport, the very first day the dealership opened. I dealt with Mr. Staver mult Truly outstanding work on Jeff's and Mo part - I purchased 2020 Forester Sport, the very first day the dealership opened. I dealt with Mr. Staver multiple times in the past, and have purchased 3 other Subarus back when the dealership was owned by Becker. We became friends and I had his personal cell phone number. At the time when I was so anxious to buy the '20 Sport, most of the Ciocca staff was not working due to the Corona Virus lock down. Despite all of those difficulties, Jeff and Mo made it happen for me! The whole process took 45 minutes over the Zoom meeting and I was set with spanking clean and waxed Forester. Honestly, if not for Jeff's excellent, family-like approach as well as Mo's knowledge of financial side, I would not purchase that Subaru. I have already been working on Lexus UX deal but people at Lexus, let's just say were not up to my expectations. I really wish there were more honest, knowledgeable, and experienced in the industry dealers, like Mr. Staver and Mo out there. When I think or hear Ciocca Subaru, I see Jeff and Mo excellent contribution that I hope will be recognized by the management and peers! Guys - you are awesome and because of you buying new car is a pleasant experience. You have my greatest and sincere recommendation for years to come!
