Great experience and customer service My wife and I had found a used 2016 Honda Fit EX online and called the dealership to inquire about it. We set up an appointment to meet them there. This place was about an hour and a half away from our home, but they made it worth our trip. We were greeted by the front desk, and was in a very nice waiting room with free beverages like water, different types of coffee, and fountain soft drinks. We then met our salesman, Anthony Acevedo with a welcoming sign with my name on it. And the vehicle already pulled up to be viewed once we had arrived. We never had an experience quite like this dealership. We were very impressed with how professional the salesman was. We were given a tour of the place. Our salesman was very honest, prompt and professional. We never felt pressured. Answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Since we lived kind of far away, I couldn't drive the vehicle home right away (wife having a permit at the time). They allowed us to leave it there for a different day to come back and pick it up with a friend. I was also given a free paint touch up as well the following week. The car was priced reasonably and a good deal on an extended warranty as well. Ciocca also has a great "Ciocca Promise" with first two oil changes for free, four-wheel alignment free, many loaner cars available on site as well. We felt confident with the purchase, the car drives great and still does, high quality used vehicle, great customer service, and a very nice clean dealership. We would highly recommend this place!
