Easy, smooth, no pressure. I have had many experiences in buying used and new cars. I had a previous Subaru Outback and was pleased with it. I decided to trade my older Outbac I have had many experiences in buying used and new cars. I had a previous Subaru Outback and was pleased with it. I decided to trade my older Outback for a newer used outback. Adrian Garibaldi was my salesman. We established an immediate rapport with each other. He made me feel very comfortable. I felt no pressure no buy. However, he was very prepared to answer all of my questions. He made me realize that another used car was not for me. So I leased a fantastic 2019 Subaru Outback, and also took my 2013 Outback in a trade. Very smooth transition all around. This was by far the easiest car buying experience in my life.
