I don’t have the best credit, but he somehow found me a car that I could get financed and it is amazing. I'm currently driving a 2018 Legacy which I am quite happy with so, we chose to look at them first. Ciocca had a large inventory with some Ascents we liked. Milton, our salesman was friendly and quite knowledgeable about the vehicles. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and helpful. With my wife being comfortable with her seating position for driving and both of us happy with the Ascents ride, performance and features we had no reason to look further. More

By far, the process of checking out, test driving and comparing cars was much more pleasant at Ciocca subaru. My salesman, John, was patient and respectful and listened to my special needs in a vehicle. While another dealer outright lied to me that a certain model could not be ordered with a certain feature, I test drove a vehicle with just such a configuration at Ciocca. When it was apparent that a sub compact crossover would not meet my needs, John looked for a Forester for me with the features needed. The dealership went so far as to find one at another dealer two states away and acquired it for me. The price negotiation process was also smooth. I admire that John was patient and took me seriously even though the process was slow and interrupted by a temporary illness on my part. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Ciocca Subaru to others. Their selection, prices, and service cannot be beat! More
