Came in looking for Pre-Owned, Left with BRAND NEW Milton was very patient with me and my fiance. We pulled up to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Impreza and after Milton and I went on a test drive, we s Milton was very patient with me and my fiance. We pulled up to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Impreza and after Milton and I went on a test drive, we spoke about the bells and whistles and whatnot. Unfortunately it was a bit out of my price range. After multiple hours of trying to run certain numbers that would work with us, Milton found us a BRAND NEW Impreza that fit our budget. We had some help from some other guys too. Milton was a top-notch dude and was a pleasure to work with (not sure he felt the same lol) but it was a tremendous experience. It was my first NEW car ever and I was so excited pulling out of the lot (after 5 long hours). Everyone at Ciocca Subaru was helpful, friendly, and very patient. Mike G came over and helped us out for a while, and Mike M was the sales manager that helped us out as well. Once everything was set-up, John helped us with all the financial stuff. He was very on-top of his game and helped us get into a brand new car with an APR that I could only dream about. More

Awesome experience! Greg Fichter was awesome as he introduced us to Suburu, and specifically the Forester model. No hassle, well organized, easy I went here to buy my first car, they gave me no hassle and were able to work with my price range. Unexpected purchase. After losing a vehicle due to an accident we needed a replacement. Without a lot of time for research I gave my wife the Consumer Reports auto issue and asked her to look through it. She picked out a few models and the Subaru Ascent was one of them. I'm currently driving a 2018 Legacy which I am quite happy with so, we chose to look at them first. Ciocca had a large inventory with some Ascents we liked. Milton, our salesman was friendly and quite knowledgeable about the vehicles. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and helpful. With my wife being comfortable with her seating position for driving and both of us happy with the Ascents ride, performance and features we had no reason to look further. More
