GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE! My 2003 Honda CR-V died on Wednesday, 5/22. We researched and looked at various vehicles beginning Thursday 5/23. Tried our local Subaru dealer Saturday 5/25, but they closed earlier than expected and we only got a brochure. Monday 5/27 was Memorial Day and unfortunately they would be closed. My husband works near Ciocca (an hour from home) so I contacted them online. Ciocca called us Memorial Day morning to schedule a visit less than 2 hours later. I intended to "look" but the visit ended with me writing a check to lease a 2019 Forester Premium. None were scheduled to arrive until 6/17 but the dealership went above and beyond; found one two states away on Wednesday 5/29! Transported it to the dealership on Thursday 5/30 and I drove it off the lot Friday night 5/31!! The overall experience was wonderful, from the knowledgeable salesman Gianni, to the friendly sales manager Sean, to Troy in Finance ... and everyone else involved! No pressure at all and a terrific leasing experience for this first-time leaser. More

I honestly wasn't sure if I would find what I wanted, but sure enough I did! Everyone at Ciocca was wonderful to work with, but I must highlight our salesman, Zach Smyth, who truly made me feel welcome and comfortable from beginning to end. Not only was he super polite and honest, but he was respectful of my needs and budget. He breaks the stereotype of "sleezy car salesman". We noticed an issue with the trunk lid which he promised Ciocca would take care of at no cost to me. The company's commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity are rare in the car sales business. I work for a family owned business and know how much goes into great customer service, and Ciocca Subaru over delivered a terrific car purchasing experience. I absolutely love my new car and cannot thank Zach enough for making this happen for me. More

He was honest about my options (credit wise), gave me more info then anyone in the field that I had contacted and helped me make an educated decision as to what I wanted and could afford. No one will work with you with so much passion and determination as Fernando. His dedication to me as his client and perseverance in obtaining the right financing for my budget was miraculous. He not only got me the car I wanted but at a price and interest rate I could never have imagined. Thanks to all the support staff as well for their dedication to customer satisfaction. I had all of the details and pricing worked out through email and never even stepped foot in the dealership until delivery day. Greg could not have been more professional, kind, and honest. We agreed to a price online for the car, I gave him a deposit over the phone, and picked it up a couple days later. When I arrived everything was what we had agreed upon online and I was in and out of the dealer in under an hour. I drove 100 miles from NJ to meet with Greg and was not disappointed at all. No other dealer in a 100 mile radius of Northern NJ could come close to Greg's price. I look forward to working with him on future Subaru purchases. More

Lease Match we purchased was not what was described when sod We leased a new 2018 Legacy outback wagon for 3 years. When speaking with the F&I lady, she told us that everything would be covered from bumper to b We leased a new 2018 Legacy outback wagon for 3 years. When speaking with the F&I lady, she told us that everything would be covered from bumper to bumper if we purchased the Lease Match. We specifically asked if it included tires, she said yes. She said it covered everything as the Dealership wanted the car to be in the best condition possible when it was returned from lease. We did a quick calculation in our head and determined it was a no-brainer and completed the transaction. We bring the car in for all needed services to the dealership to ensure it meets the Lease Match and this way the dealership can confirm all work was done by them. Fast forward 9 months, the car is in for recalls. The "110 Checkpoint" is done on the car and recalls performed. My wife picks up the car. Two weeks later we are stopped and are given a warning that our car is out of inspection. We got home and checked the service paperwork from March. It shows the 110 point complimentary inspection was done, but although the state inspection was expiring in a few weeks, it wasn't done. The invoice says they called me and I refused the State Inspection. This is untrue, no one called me and I wouldn't refuse something I thought was free. especially since I was under the impression taht state inspections on the leased car were free at the dealership because of the additional Lease Match Service I was sold by the dealership. We schedule an appointment a week later and lo and behold, the car doesn't pass inspection, we are told we need new tires. The dealership doesn't recommend that we replace the tires with what came on the car last year. We decided to go with OEM tires. However, when we asked why the wear had not been noticed just weeks before on the complimentary 110 checkpoint they did, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. I am still waiting on that call back. Two weeks ago I called and spoke with my salesman and gave him some background on the situation and asked that he call me back the next business day. he said he would call. I ma still waiting on that callback. When my wife picked up the car, she explained to the service person what we were told about Lease Match and he had said that other clients had said something like that as well, but that Lease Match wasn't what we were expecting. He spoke with someone in service and was able to get the inspection thrown in for free and get a reduction on buying new tires for a car with 13,500 miles on it. The service person basically explained that the Lease match covered free oil changes and not much more. We sent another email, thanking them for the reduction in cost, but asked someone to contact us to discuss what Lease Match was, in laymans terms. I am still waiting for that callback. In essence, I feel completely let down in this experience and could not in good conscience recommend this dealership. It does seem that once the sale is done, you'll never hear back from them. I am thoroughly disgusted that no one has contacted me after speaking with a service person, my salesman and sending multiple emails. More
