I am still waiting for a call back nearly 5 weeks later. I spoke with my salesman who told me he would call me back the next day, still waiting. I spoke with a Service Manager who was going to look into why the report indicated i had refused a state inspection when I hadn't , still waiting for that call. I have sent several emails, all asking someone to please call me to discuss this. I have waited over a month for someone to call me back to discuss th issue with me. I feel that Ciocca lied to me about the lease match program and no one has yet to call me back to fix the issue. I am utterly disgusted with the treatment I have received form Ciocca, in over a month NO ONE has called me back. I belive that Ciocca's had deceitfully sold me a an "upgrade" that would cover everything bumper to bumper during the lease of the car.and asked that someone call me back. the Silence is deafening. I am now being asked to call them back to resolve the matter. I just ask that they call me back to resolve the issue.

Here it is another 2 years later and no one has called me to discuss the issue. Yet plenty of emails and phone calls to ask if I was buying a new car at lease end. In true Ciocca fashion, I turned in the car off lease to the Ciocca dealership yesterday 6/21/2021 and today I get a call from them telling me my lease expires on 6/23/2021 and to please call them to let them know my intentions. They have known for months that I was turning the car in on 6/21/2021 and I was told to make sure I followed the steps on the Subaru Finance website and when I was ready to turn in the car, just drive it in and ask for Craig, no appointment needed. Be careful, in my experience, they love you during the sale and forget about you once you’re off their lot.
