From the beginning I felt that Gianna was a perfect salesperson for me. He was knowledgable and helpful without any direct pressuring. He spend a great deal of time with me even before I was close to making the purchase. I never felt pressured or disrespected a single time with Gianna. This is not my normal interaction with previous purchases I made at other dealerships. I would recommend Gianni to anyone in the market for a Subaru.
