Daughter's first new car Ben was one of the best car salespeople I have dealt with. I came to Ciocca because of Tru Car pricing. They had the exact vehicle my daughter wanted with the options & color. I signed on the bottom line in less than 3 hrs. My daughter goes to school in Rochester and the dealer wanted to deliver the car to her before the end of the month to say that delivery was taken in month of sale. Ben lobbied on my behalf as I wanted to be there for my daughter to take delivery: father - daughter moment. Ben was able to arrange for the vehicle to be delivered at the dealership on the weekend when my daughter was coming home from school. He said he would have a big bow to place across the vehicle. I arrived at dealership 30 mins before my daughter to ensure everything was a go. Much to my dismay, when I arrived the vehicle was still on the lot in the exact place it was when I first looked at it 10 days earlier. They was no sold sticker on it. I was concerned because the vehicle was to have a remote starter installed and did not appear as if it was moved. I was expecting the vehicle to be off the lot and prepped for delivery, ready to go with the bow as Ben promised. I had to wait until the dealership opened at 9 am to get to speak with anybody about the vehicle. Ben was there and felt very bad the car wasn't fully prepped. He pulled car into service to have the prep done. We waited for an hour, time which was well used by the delivery specialist going over an identically equipped vehicle with my daughter. The dealer did offer to buy us breakfast. I do have a nagging feeling that the remote starter was not installed and they installed it while we were there. The vehicle came out ready to go yet I'm not convinced there was any delivery prep done. Overall - I would return here to purchase another new vehicle if the occasion were to arise, even though a proud papa moment was ruined. More

Fernando Santiago @ Ciocca Subaru in Allentown is who you need to talk to. My husband researched many suv’s for many hours before arriving at Ciocca Subaru. Fernando was professional, knowledable, personable, laid back and not pushy in any way. He listened to our needs and by the end of our visit, we had purchased a very awesome Nissan Pathfinder. Everyone @ Ciocca Subaru from Shelby to Fernando to Sean and finally the finance team, were so helpful, professional and, believe it or not, FUN to work with. Yes, I used "FUN" when talking about buying a vehicle, with Fernando, that is. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a new 2014 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from this dealership. There's several reasons why I did but one of them was because I was told by my sa I purchased a new 2014 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from this dealership. There's several reasons why I did but one of them was because I was told by my sales rep Bob Pavone that it got 36 MPG after I asked him. The problem I had with that was I never saw the car get the MPG I was promised. I would constantly ask the people working at the garage & the garage manager why I wasn't getting the MPG I was promised? They all told me that I needed to be patient & needed to allow the cars engine to break in before I would see the 36 MPG I was promised. One day I stopped for an oil change & decided to talk to the rep who I set up the appointment to do my oil change. I asked him again why wasn't I seeing the 36 MPG that I was promised? He told me that the MPG on a Hybrid Crosstrek wasn't 36 MPG but instead was only 29 MPG. That's rediculous seeing as their non Hybrid cars get better MPG than the Hybrid version. I currently get only 27.3 MPG & the loaner Forrester I drove got 29.7 MPG. The next reason I bought this car was I really liked the Plasma Green color it came in. I even special ordered this car before it came out. I have found that this was a bad choice because it has easily gotten scratches. Both Subaru & Ciocca have promised to fix this but have yet to do so. At 1,500 miles I got a bad door ding on the passenger side front quarter panel and took it down to Ciocca to get an estimate & an oil change. When I went to pick it up I found that they only did the oil change & not the estimate. So I called & spoke to the service manager who told me to send him pics of the damage & he would give an estimate. I did what he said & he told me it would cost $600 to fix. I told this to my insurance company & they said that they needed it in writing. So I took the car down to Ciocca & they looked it over. The estimate more than doubled to $1300. I asked why it more than doubled & they said that they didn't realize how bad it was. My answer to that is if you would have looked it over like I asked the first time this never would have happened. I tried contacting the owner Greg Ciocca about the issue & had a hard time getting in touch with him. I eventually got him on the phone & told him that I was unhappy at the change in the price to fix my car. His response was if I don't like it I should take my business elsewhere. If he didn't want my business he should have told me that before I bought the car. One of the biggest issues I've had with this car is the amount of time it's spent in the garage. It's spent close to an entire month in the garage because the transmission/inverter was bad on the car & they didn't know how to fix it. In addition to that the break sensor went on the car. The dash board lights would constantly be lighting up which meant that it had to go to the garage. Recently my cars batteries have been going on the car. I was driving up to work & the entire car shut down. I had no power steering & no power breaks. I almost was hit by an 18 wheeler on the PA turnpike because of this. They had to replace 2 batteries on my car. Then in April 2018 (4 months after the other battery replacement) my turn signals weren't working causing me to get a $141.00 ticket. My wife was driving the car 2 days after I got the ticket & the entire car shut down on her & she was almost hit by a pickup truck. I called Ciocca who told me to bring the car down. When the tow truck driver tried to bring it down they refused to allow him to drop it off because of the law suit I brought against Subaru (see next). Also the car had Bluetooth and that never worked on the car on the car from day one & will never work on the car. I even had to file a lemon law case over the issue. Because of that I was told that I wasn't allowed to bring the car on Ciocca property for any reason including service. I was promised by Kyle Egge that I would be allowed to bring my car down for service but evidently he not a man of his word because Ciocca has refused to allow my car on their property. If you enjoy being treated like garbage then come here otherwise take your business elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone because when problems occur they won't be there to help you. A dealership should never blame the customer when problems arrise. Subaru cancelled their Hybrid program after only being out for only a few months which goes to show that even they knew that they made a lemon. More
