Great experience! I met with Fernando to look at a Mazda 3 for our kids. Not only was the car immaculate, smooth-running and well-priced for my kids' budget (they are both in college), Fernando was helpful, considerate, and relaxed, which made the experience enjoyable. Several times, he mentioned that clients get the same treatment whether they are buying a $40,000 car or a $6,000 car. True to his word, Fernando treated me very well and we got an excellent vehicle, even though it was from the Ciocca "Bargain Corral". What impressed us more than anything was that Fernando noted that the tank was nearly empty on our test drive, and made sure it was filled before we took the car home! Everyone I interacted with at Ciocca Subaru was friendly and helpful. All around, it was a great experience! Thank you, Ciocca Subaru! More

Persistance + no pressure = a great deal! I was in market for new Subaru and ended up with a ridiculously good deal after Ciocca countered another dealer's offer. Shelby, my internet consultan I was in market for new Subaru and ended up with a ridiculously good deal after Ciocca countered another dealer's offer. Shelby, my internet consultant, was patient and persistent in a very pleasant way and she got me through the door. Once I came in, Greg took over and he made the buying experience fun (yes, fun - hard to believe). It was like talking with your best friend. Cheryl was also great to deal with because she wasn't pushy. If she offered something I didn't want, when I said "no", she immediately moved on. There was no "hard sell" which was very refreshing. In addition, at least two managers visited with me whilst there to ensure I was being taken care of. Overall, my experience was wonderful. The only reason I gave a 4-star instead of a 5-star overall rating is because I had originally asked for "the lowest/best" price to avoid dickering around between dealers. Ciocca gave me an initial price (which was very good) and then countered with a lower one when I showed the other dealer's price. Ciocca almost lost the sale but the other deal fell through. Lesson learned for all. My dog and I couldn't be happier with my sweet new ride! Thanks Ciocca! More

He gave me daily updates and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't fixed with the first round of solutions, but Ciocca was quick to fix the issue the second time. Everything was covered under warranty and I had a loaner vehicle to use throughout the week it was in the shop. Chris made the experience as pain free as possible. I'm so happy to have my car back with no check engine light! More
