Mike Mohr Excellence in Action We had our 2009 Forester in for Service at Ciocca Subaru. We had been thinking about getting another Forester and while we were there decided to star We had our 2009 Forester in for Service at Ciocca Subaru. We had been thinking about getting another Forester and while we were there decided to start looking. Mike Mohr was most cordial as he learned from us what we were looking for. He suggested having a Ciocca appraiser check out our 2009 Forester for trade-in value. Mike worked with us and his staff to make the best deal possible for us and in less than 2 hours we were lined up to purchase a 2018 Subaru Forester. Although there wasn’t one on the lot like we wanted, Mike searched for and found the 2018 Subaru (silver in color, light interior, no roof rails, and more) and had that car in the Ciocca Allentown dealership the next day. His handling of details to make this happen was seamless. He showed us how to use the various features and benefits on our new 2018 Forester with utmost care. We have bought many vehicles over the years. We have not seen excellence in action like we saw in Mike and the top level assistance he made sure we received from every one of the Ciocca staff we dealt with. We hope to own the 2018 Forester for a long time. When it is time to get a new one, we will certainly look for Mike Mohr at Ciocca Subaru on Hamilton Blvd, Allentown, PA. More

Although my first query of an upgrade was months ago, most all the items on my wishlist were miraculously remembered by Adrian and were displayed in a vehicle ready to test drive when I arrived today for an appointment. (The only other item would have been a sunroof, which would have preempted my budget requirements completely!). I’m happy to say I wasn’t ‘sold’ anything I wasn’t looking for and all accommodations were made to see that I was fully satisfied with my selection. It was a relatively quick transaction which might have been even faster if I had known what color I wanted! More
