One thing to improve for the dealership as a whole: There was little bit of confusion especially on the bankers check to be issued wherein my credit union issued to Ciocca subaru of flemington and my name whereas dealership initially didn't agree to it, i have to travel back and forth on this. Finally had to ask the credit union loan officer to talk to the dealership and get it addressed. There was unnecessary stress at the last moment. This could have been avoided with clear cut instructions as good to have/probable to have/acceptable usage etc - so that there is no back and forth. Each financial institution issues check in one fashion or other. Hence as a buyer, it doesn't put more load on the buyer to do all these jugglary especially during the last moment. More

Jeannette our salesperson was terrific. Was impressed when picking up the new vehicle the time she took to explain every feature as well as taking me to the service department. I would suggest a remodel of the service waiting area. Only two chairs inside and have to utilize a trailer in the parking lot for overflow. Not a good situation if it is inclement weather.
