We came in for our second Subaru, first time at this dealership (which partners with Costco) and received extremely clear, non-pushy assistance from both our excellent salesperson, Art Cole, and the bus dealership (which partners with Costco) and received extremely clear, non-pushy assistance from both our excellent salesperson, Art Cole, and the business manager, Eric Henderson. Art set accurate expectations for when we could expect the vehicle, so we knew where we stood. When it came time to explain the electronic features and functions, Art was extremely thorough and patient. I've never seen a salesperson do as complete a job! Then, there was plenty to figure out when it came to the paperwork, and Eric was also terrific at explaining and helping us sort it all out. I am glad we went to this well-organized and (as far as we saw) very ethical dealership, which now offers some additional benefits that they call the Ciocca Promise. Several other people were involved in getting the sale done and the car accurately ordered, and we heard their names as well: Alex and Frank. It felt like a team effort, and the result was excellent. We got the car we wanted at what we feel was a fair price. No way these days to legally get a "steal" on an excellent car that's in extremely high demand, but we did get a good price and had a first-class buying experience. More

Our selected Outback Touring XT, with all its bells and whistles, can be a little daunting, but Jeannette took an extraordinary amount of time to clearly and thoroughly explain its operation, and we felt comfortable driving away. She also made a follow-up call the next day to check on how we were doing with the car - a nice touch. It all started on a day when I was waiting for a small repair. I saw a nice grey Forester and wondered if it was bigger than the one I was driving. One day I came in to test drive one of those vehicles with my husband. Then I saw an Outback. Art asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive too. So I did. My husband really liked it and so did I. Unfortunately it wasn't a turbo and the 2023 model changed the look, which I didn't like. Long and short of it.......my husband, unbeknownst to me, found the one I wanted and went back to Art Cole . The company arranged to have the vehicle brought to Flemington. My husband told me I have a new car and brought me back to drive it home. And it was fitting that Art got to drive it to Flemington from the other dealership! I have had nothing but great experiences with Flemington (Ciocca) Subaru, from the sales staff in the past and present including management and the service department. And now I have a memorable photo of that happy moment! Thanks Art and to the managers and also to my husband! More
