The service at this dealership is anything but exemplary. I was told 90 min for repair and 3 hrs later informed that the part needed to fix my Subaru( w/ 10,000 mi) would have to be ordered. I am not impressed with the policies of Ciocca Subaru service: no loaner car available, not informed until 3 hrs that my car wouldn’t be repaired today. $287. 81 to "diagnose" my Outback's issue. One problem they couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me over $540 to "hopefully fix" (their words, not mine! 81 to "diagnose" my Outback's issue. One problem they couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me over $540 to "hopefully fix" (their words, not mine!) and the second issue, the cost was way overpriced. So what do they do? Charge me $287.81 to inspect my car for one hour. I guess this is how Ciocca dealers conduct business. Beware! I will never, ever, ever take my car back to this dealer for any reason. While waiting for a minor repair on our 2015 Forester, my wife was looking around the lot and met Art Cole. She expressed interest in driving a new Forester and Art provided one for a test drive. After leaving the dealer that day, Art kept in touch to let her know what vehicles were on the lot for test drives. Another visit to see Art ended up with a test drive of an Ascent and an Outback. My wife fell in love with the Outback but had her heart set on a magnetite gray turbo (XT). We thought we would have to order one but found a 2022 magnetite gray limited XT on the Ciocca Allentown website. Long story short, that was on a Monday, and we drove it off the Flemington lot on Wednesday evening 2 days later. The staff at Flemington bent over backward to secure the vehicle for us. The best part? Art Cole actually drove it from Allentown to Flemington! Customer service at its BEST! As a longtime customer of Flemington Car & Truck Country, I was sad to see the Kalafer name go away but dealing with Ciocca has been a great experience. Many thumbs up to all involved!! A+++ :) More

Art Cole was my salesman and we placed the order on June 20th for a 2022 Subaru WRX Limited. At first I thought I was going to be trading my car at the time in and not only did Chris Wood give me an estimat 20th for a 2022 Subaru WRX Limited. At first I thought I was going to be trading my car at the time in and not only did Chris Wood give me an estimate close to closing hours, but it was also a figure I was pleasantly surprised to hear as I was expecting a lower value. Although I did not trade my car in, I would recommend speaking to Chris for a valuation. Art was very helpful the entire process, from answering all of my questions and giving me updates along the way with a nice laid back attitude. My car came in a month and a half earlier then expected which was great and on the day I was purchasing Art showed me throughout the car all the features and functions it had. Art also explained the Ciocca promise and helped set up my first oil change appointment in the service department. Having the ownership switch to Ciocca about a week prior to my purchase couldnt have been better. The Ciocca promise included services that were not previously included. Alex Leist was in charge of making sure my vehicle was made to spec and included all the extras I opted for. Andre Mutone was also extremely helpful with explaining warranties and further protections. Andre as well was openly personable and made the process as smooth as I could have expected, being that I had never bought a brand new car before. He was willing to go over a few things multiple times to reassure I was conscious of the deals and what they entailed. When I returned to the dealership the next week to receive my plates Michael Gansfuss assisted me with putting the license plate on the car and was genuine when asking how I was enjoying the car thus far. Overall the Ciocca Subaru of Flemington group made the purchase of my vehicle painless, enjoyable, and will be returning for service and recommend to any current Subaru owner or potential Subaru buyer. Everyone at the dealership deserves 5* but the 2 that really stood out to me were Art Cole and Andre Mutone. More
