This was my first experience with Subaru today. I was quite pleased with the dealership and my sales associate, Jeannette Macpherson. She was very kind, patient and took her time to explain the features of the cars I looked at. Having not purchased a new car in a very long time, I had a lot of questions and so many new gadgets to go over. She was thorough and keep her cool and made me feel at ease. My experience was very enjoyable and pleasant with Jeannette and the financial associate, Andre, handling the paperwork for the loan. I would recommend this dealership. Looking forward to the same courteous experience when I need my first and future service appointments. Thanks again! More

My problem was not earth shaking but not something that I should have had to experience for the third time given that the car was only 3 months old. From the first call with Ashleigh, to her consultation wit should have had to experience for the third time given that the car was only 3 months old. From the first call with Ashleigh, to her consultation with Trisha, to Gail's checking me in, through final check out with Allison, I was treated like this was a shared problem between the team and me. They expedited my appointment, got the car in immediately as promised, and made a temporary fix while ordering the part needed for a permanent solution. I did not get the technician's name, but he did speak with me to make sure there wasn't something I was doing to contribute to the issue (there was not). My sales rep Mike also stood ready to help if needed. What could have been just another frustrating car repair story instead reminded me why I have stuck with this family of dealerships for decades.
