The atmosphere at Flemington Subaru is positive and friendly. You receive a friendly 'hi' neighbor type greeting when you step into the salesroom, not an aggressive ' hi sales' greeting. My sales contact, Art Cole, listened to what I was looking for; reviewed all of the Subaru cars in detail. We took two test drives so I could experience the difference between the turbo and non turbo engines. I didn't purchase a car on the first visit; wanted to do additional research on other brands. My interaction with Art provided me all of the information I needed to decide which Subaru I would buy if I were to buy a Subaru. I called Art a couple of times over the next two weeks with additional questions which were immediately answered. I placed an order for my first ever Subaru, the Outback, at our next meeting. I appreciated the time and details he provided about my order, the time it shall take and his sincere 'Thanks' for buying the car with the Flemington Subaru dealership. Every person I interacted with at this dealership was professional. There were a few items I wanted to review after the car was ordered. Each was taken care of to my satisfaction and in a professional way. There are at least 3-4 other Subaru dealers I could have ordered my Subaru from near my home.
