We scheduled an on-line appt. with Subaru Flemington at 11:30. Upon arrival, I was informed that the wait would be 2 HOURS because the technicians were going to lunch!!!!! Why not stagger lunches so that 11:30. Upon arrival, I was informed that the wait would be 2 HOURS because the technicians were going to lunch!!!!! Why not stagger lunches so that SERVICE continues through the whole day!!!! The cost for an oil change is exorbitant. I used my waiting time to research other places to get the oil changed. AAA offers the service for $37 versus the $75 we paid at Subaru. Also, they quoted me the price for new tires. Costco’s price was only 2/3rds of Subaru’s quote!!!! Next time it’s AAA!!!! More
