With supply chain issues I ordered my car in August and didn't receive it until October, and she was both up front about potential difficulties in getting a manual transmission and proactive in getting me updates and information about the status of my car. When it finally arrived she went above and beyond in taking the time to work with me to make sure I understood all its features, and that I had all the information I could possibly want. The whole process was so smooth that it didn't feel like a transaction, it felt more like conversation with a friend.
