I was very disappointed with service I received. Because I left my car the night before,, my 8:00 am appointment time was disregarded. I didn’t put a pick up time because I thought I had an 8:00 am appoint I left my car the night before,, my 8:00 am appointment time was disregarded. I didn’t put a pick up time because I thought I had an 8:00 am appointment. Car wasn’t ready until late in the day. When I finally got a ride to pick it up it was dark. I was sent into the parking lot to get my car and it was 4 lanes back behind the building. I want you to know I’m 80 yrs old and battling cancer. I thought the car would be right outside. I was told to just press button to find my car. Very very disappointed. More
