He very patiently answered all of our questions and took the extra time to note the differences between models. It was probably one of the best sales experiences we've had. Brought car in at 11:45 for a recall and was called at 2:30 for additional upselling. After declining, was told I would receive a call when done. Never got a call. Drove by at 7 (didn’t realize service cl 2:30 for additional upselling. After declining, was told I would receive a call when done. Never got a call. Called at around 10:30 the next morning and they said car was done at around 2:45 day before. Asked why I didn’t get a call and they said they called twice and left two messages. Never received those two calls and there are no messages on my phone. I think this is a standard response when a customer inquires. Not the biggest deal to me but there it is. Also, car was not cleaned. Not the biggest deal buy my fiancé took hers there for an oil change and they cleaned hers. I’ve taken my car to other Subaru’s and it’s always been cleaned. More
