The customer service at the Subaru in Flemington is amazing even during Covid circumstances! Trish was very pleasant as well as responsive to every question and the service was finished when she estima amazing even during Covid circumstances! I have been very happy with the people and the service at this dealership for over ten years. Lately I think they need some help with their scheduling, if possible. I made an appointment on September 11, b this dealership for over ten years. Lately I think they need some help with their scheduling, if possible. I made an appointment on September 11, but when I got there they said it was a mistake and I wasn't due for two more months. So I made an appointment for Nov. 25 at 11 AM, but when I got there they were backed up with emergencies so I'd have to wait until 1 PM or later for my service. I then re-re-scheduled for Nov. 28 at 11 AM. While waiting outside I met another customer who said his appt. had accidentally gotten "erased"- but they were taking him now. My car did not get taken out of its parking place until almost noon, leading me to think they gave him my appointment. So I'm just complaining about this one issue, the scheduling. More
