Our son referred us to Tom. He was very helpful and patient with us. He went over all the signals and helped get our phone connected. Tom gave practical information. We ended up buying theOutback. I've been having problems with a dead battery after leaving back hatch open. They were the ones who did extensive research to figure out the problem, then fix it free of charge (changed the module). I leaving back hatch open. They were the ones who did extensive research to figure out the problem, then fix it free of charge (changed the module). I did not know they need to get into back of car. They removed and put back dog crate and all my "STUFF" not an easy task. 10 stars for the service person who did that. Would be good to recall or at the least notify people of this. Many dog people leave back hatch open in your pet friendly car. More

I dropped off my car to Jarred at Flemington Subaru. Both Jarred and mechanic (don't know his name) are truly a pleasure to deal with and they did their best to fix the issue at no cost to me. They explained to me in details how they fixed the issue and showed me how to mount the rack properly to avoid the jam happening again. This is a wonderful experience here!
