Mary is backed up by a great team, Frank DeCraine, Chris Wood and Frank Santoro in finance. We had heard horror stories about the length of time it took family members to review and sign all the paperwork when purchasing cars from other dealerships. Not at Flemington Subaru! Frank went through all the papers and answered all of our questions in about an hour. Completely organized and ready for us. I had been to quite a few dealerships already that day, and I appreciated that there was no pressure from Tom, just good information that helped me choose the right car for my budget, and my life. I was aware that the Subaru Forester is one of the Consumer Reports highest rated cars in its class. I loved how it handled during the test drive, and the engine was powerful enough to move me in and out of traffic with ease.
