My First Time I have bought a couple of vehicle over the years, but always thru private sales. This was the first time I dealt with a dealership. You hear of all th I have bought a couple of vehicle over the years, but always thru private sales. This was the first time I dealt with a dealership. You hear of all the horror stories so it certainly wasn't something I was looking forward to, but I did my homework. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and what I considered a fair price to pay for it. It so happened that Flemington Subaru had this used 2010 Honda CRV EX-L. I made an 80 mile drive with my wife from Queens, NY to see the vehicle. As soon as we parked in their lot and came out of our vehicle a sales rep, Matt Hoppe acknowledged us from about 300 feet away (at that same moment my wife turns to me and says "that's our guy" when I asked her afterwards what she meant she explained she saw it in his eyes that he wasn't a jerk) and as we walked toward him he greeted us. We told him what vehicle we came to see and he immediately said he would get the keys and pull it up for us to inspect and test drive. within 10-15 minutes the car was in front of us and he let us inspect it on our own and waited until we were ready to test drive, which didn't take long because for an 8 year old vehicle it was perfect. During the test drive Matt was awesome. Courteous and respectful. After the test drive we sat down and spoke with Matt and we made our intentions clear. We wanted the vehicle. So at that point we ran the numbers. I told him what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. Basically $500 less than their asking price. Matt called Frank the manager and introduced us. He was gentleman and after some friendly banter I also told Frank what number makes me happy and he took a moment to review and Matt came back and said done deal. After that I filled out the credit application and wanted to see how competitive their banks interest rates would be because I knew I had excellent credit. It must have taken about 30 minutes and I was told I was approved and I would speak to the Business manager Eric and he would explain our options. Eric too was courteous and respectful and he went over my options and rates and I was sold as they offered me a very competitive rate. Unfortunately due to my own situation I could not pick the vehicle up that day, but I left a down payment and agreed to be back the following week to pick up the vehicle. The day I came to pick up the vehicle Matt greeted me and this time I had my kids with me. He gave them his little sponge cow to play with and as predicted they tore it into two pieces. Sorry Matt we owe you a cow. I went over some details with Matt and then Eric. Eric did all the financials with me and I signed all the paperwork. At this point Matt had the vehicle sitting outside washed and detailed. He patiently waited for me to get my kids secured inside the vehicle and then went over the vehicle with me to make sure I was familiar with all the functions. He thanked us for our business and off we were. I can't say enough good things about the Matt, Frank and Eric. They all were very courteous and respectful and the process went as smooth as I would have hoped it would be. Thank you Matt, Frank and Eric. More

She greeted us with a smile and it just went uphill from there. A lovely experience from start to finish! We then went to speak to Eric Henderson. I initially wasn't going to purchase an additional warrantee but Eric was so friendly and informative, I found I just couldn't say 'No'. Since my son IS going to college, it really was a wise choice for a little extra coverage. Thanks guys! More
Easy experience...no pressure I went in deciding between two models. I was immediately able to test drive one, the other was not in stock. The best part was I was able to test drive withou a sales rep. Once I decided which model the process was simple. I was able to negotiate to a price I was comfortable with and was not pressured into any add ons. More

Best service I've received among all the Subaru dealers I was shopping for an Ascent, which is a hot model and the two dealerships I visited close to us weren't very helpful in getting us the configurations I was shopping for an Ascent, which is a hot model and the two dealerships I visited close to us weren't very helpful in getting us the configurations we wanted. I was contacted by Ashley at Flemington by email and phone, she was very good to work with and helped me to get the vehicle configuration, pricing info, and delivery estimate done over the phone so I don't have to drive to the dealership multiple times. The prices I got for the vehicle and trade-in are reasonable. We worked with Eric on the Financing. He is very knowledgeable and explain each options clearly without being pushy. He recommend only the services we needed and my wife had a good experience talking with him. More
