Excellent Sales Person and Overall Experience I was looking for a Subaru Outback and a friend and colleague recommended Chris Wood at Flemington Subaru. After the initial phone conversation with Chris I knew this was the place for me to purchase my vehicle. Chris was always professional, friendly and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. There was no high sales pressure and in fact, it took me a few months to actually purchase the vehicle for personal reasons. Chris was patient and understood, and when I was able to make the purchase Chris was right there throughout the entire process. Chris made this purchase experience seamless. Chris also made sure that the sales price was fair, with no hidden fees, and ensured me that I got the best deal possible. Flemington Subaru is approximately a 50 minute drive from my home but, it was worth the trip. In fact, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Subaru. I realize that he probably works on commission for these but really...enough is enough! Upon the recommendation of Alex I left messages for Joe Lalier in service to contact me about installing an aftermarket pull down strap to assist in closing the hatch lid that my wife had difficulty in reaching. Never got a callback. Wound up doing it myself. A good buying experience (as usual) and overall. More
