They both stood by the fact that they were selling us a quality car and even provided a warranty with our purchase. Great Experience buying Crosstrek My husband and I were searching for a very specific vehicle at a price we had decided not to go above. The dealers in our area (Pennsylvania) would ne My husband and I were searching for a very specific vehicle at a price we had decided not to go above. The dealers in our area (Pennsylvania) would negotiate but not down to our price. One even said $1000. over was “very close to what you’re asking” and it was for a car that had features we didn’t want. Those dealers also didn’t explain the packages well. We found what looked like our perfect car on the Flemington Subaru website. Called and was assured it was still there by Mary Sweeney, a salesperson. The next day we went to test drive and look it over. Mary is very friendly and low-key. We never felt pressure of any kind, even during the “negotiation” phase. The manager, Tim Morley, lowered the price to the amount we were willing to pay. We had one add-on to the vehicle which was done while we waited and we drove away with a beautiful new car a couple hours later. We highly recommend Flemington Subaru, Mary Sweeney and Tim Morley (general manager). It is a low pressure environment and they are very fair. Let me just add here that we’ve bought or leased at least 10 new cars over the past 40 years so we’re not new to these transactions. This is by far one of the best experiences we have had. More

I told here I was looking for a USED Outback or Crosstrek and my price range. After several phone calls with different used cars that were available she had one that really sparked my interest. I was able to acquire my Crosstrek after meeting with Mary and reviewing the options to buy. The best experience was I didn't have to go around to different dealerships as Mary was my best agent searching for me and never forgot about what I wanted to purchase. I have been going to this dealership for the past 14 years for service since moving back to NJ and this experience reassured me that buying a car didn't have to be an icky process, which is how my wife refers to buying a car. I would definitely use Mary and Frank again to get my next cars now that my kids are coming of driving age as well. More
