He had been looking for quite a while and had some awful experiences at various dealerships. From the beginning, Matt treated him as a CUSTOMER, not as some young kid. He listened, made recommendations, helped him weigh the options and ultimately make a decision. My son had made several visits to this dealership while shopping and each visit had the same great experience with Matt. When time came to ultimately make the purchase, Matt when above and beyond to ensure my son was comfortable with the car, it fit his budget, and all questions were asked. (My husband and I were there at the end to co-sign for the loan.) We used USAA's car buying service. Flemington Subaru gave us a much more than fair value for our trade-in and honored all prices. There was no haggling, no up-selling, and we were treated fairly. Bottom line, when we left were pleased with the purchase. My son commented what a difference a dealership and sales professional could make in the purchase of a car. He said he would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. I too would buy my next car from Flemington Subaru and would be pleased to have Matt assist us with any purchase. Many thanks for a job well done. More

My Mom stumbled upon the car I purchased which was used and not a Subaru. It was a Nissan Rogue and to my surprise as well as my Mom's, Tom knew just as much about this car as he did other Subaru cars on the lot. He really took the time to break down the car's bells and whistles and really made sure that I was comfortable driving the car and made sure I understood the process of buying this car. I am not a car expert so it was refreshing to see a non-pressuring car salesman deal with me and not try to upsell me or pressure me to buy this car in anyway shape or form. Tom is the real deal and knows how to treat his customers. This was the best Subaru dealer I have been to by far. Coleman and Haldeman Subaru has nothing on this place. Even when I bought the car, Tom ensured me that I am welcomed back to come in for an oil change or if I have any questions about the car or how it's running. Frank D and Frank S were the best as well, super personable and helpful, I really thank them for that as well. If you are looking for a great car and great care to go into your car, this is the place to go. They offered a great value on my car towards the Nissan which made all the difference for me to be able to drive off in my new car. This place is the real deal period. More

This is the third Subaru I've leased/purchased with Rick Hungerford. Rick listens to what I want and answers all my questions and helps me get what I want. He doesn't lead me in an opposite direction like other dealers have. He's straight forward and honest, explaining everything I need to know in an easy-to-understand manner; it's always a comfortable and easy going experience. I hate being pressured to do anything when it comes to expensive purchases. Rick simply gives me the information I need to decide which car I want and can afford.
