Great knowledge of cars and great customer service Tom Plante was our dealer and not only was he super knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles, but he took the time to get to understand what my fiance Tom Plante was our dealer and not only was he super knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles, but he took the time to get to understand what my fiance were looking for in terms of getting a new car for our future. He is very sincere and didn't make us feel like buying the car was going to be a hassle of a crazy negotiating process. We are especially thrilled with the Outback which drives like a dream and is the envy of my family. Dan Keane was knowledgeable and patient, arranging no fewer than 6 test drives of Forresters and Outbacks. He continues to be available for follow-up questions which is great. Frank DeCraine and Tim Morley were great in helping get our ancient Honda Civic trade-in arranged for a great price, and in getting us through all the paperwork quickly and smoothly. It was a pleasure working with the Flemington Subaru team. We recommend them to family and friends who are looking and we’ll definitely be back for future cars. More

Well worth going out of your way for I live 35 miles from this dealership but it is worth the drive. Unlike other dealerships I've dealt with, everyone was honest and straightforward with no bait-and-switch or high pressure tactics. My salesman, Dan Keane, was a pleasure to work with. He took all the time I needed to find the right car and to make sure I knew how to use all of its features. I never felt rushed or pressured. Their finance manager, Eric Henderson, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Their internet manager, Alex Leist, sold me my first Subaru at Flemington in 2001 and was still there to help me purchase my 2018 car. I hope they are all there when I purchase my next Subaru. More

Great Buying Experience from a 3 Time Customer The sales team was quick and thorough in their presentation, answering all questions with no delays. I did not have to wait around while they prepped The sales team was quick and thorough in their presentation, answering all questions with no delays. I did not have to wait around while they prepped the car, and the sale person suggested I go to lunch for an hour or so. However, I did feel a little pressure buying the extend warranty and added service maintenance agreement. This seems to be a new sales ploy by dealerships, in general, and I'm not sure of the added value. More
