Amazing experience! Not your typical dealership I cannot stress enough what wonderful people are at Flemington Subaru. Usually your typical dealership are full of your typical pompous 'salesmen.' I cannot stress enough what wonderful people are at Flemington Subaru. Usually your typical dealership are full of your typical pompous 'salesmen.' Of course the people at Flemington are salesmen, but they were not pompous or self-loathing. They truly wanted to work with us to make sure we were able to get what we could afford. We worked with salesman Matthew Hoppe. He was more than accommodating and answered all of our questions and was honest. He wanted to hear our story and understood that we were on a tight budget. He never once pushed us to buy something out of our league or from what we could afford. One of our deal breakers was the trade-in value for my past vehicles. We were originally not happy with the first value they gave us, but then honored what we were hoping for. They also were able to give us a small discount, included all weather floor mats including the trunk. We ended up purchasing a Certified Pre owned vehicle which was not our original plan, but they had a good selection of Certified Pre owned vehicles to choose from with our tight budget. The warranties they offered on a Preowned were OUTSTANDING. Better than an actual brand new vehicle. The manager Frank DeCraine was also accommodating with our needs and while managers of course want to do business for their dealership, he met our needs with no problem. Eric Henderson the finance personnel was great as well! He made the paperwork process smooth and rather entertaining. There's a reason why this dealership is #3 in the country and they demonstrated just that to us! Thank you Flemington Subaru! More

Rocky start but it turned around I had a rocky start with Flemington Subaru but it eventually turned around. I started working with Joe I. and it seemed like it’d be easy to work with I had a rocky start with Flemington Subaru but it eventually turned around. I started working with Joe I. and it seemed like it’d be easy to work with him but it ended up being difficult because I was up front with what I was looking for and with what I said but he hardly listened (like “I won’t have access to my phone between the hours of 11 am and 2:30 pm. Please call me prior to 11 or anytime between 2:30 and 4:30” but he called me multiple times between 11 and 2:30; even stated the day and time of when I’d pick up the car). I was supposed to pick up my car Wednesday September 13, 2017 but it wasn’t ready. Matt and sales manager Rick were under the impression (of Joe I’s) that I’d be signing paperwork in regards of placing a deposit on the vehicle. I had told them that I explicitly told Joe I that I’d be picking up the car around 9:30 on September 13, 2017. Poor Matt and Rick had to run around, get paper work ready and have a few staff members prepare the car for me. Because of the mess up on Joe I’s side, I ended up being late to work and lost half a day’s pay! I asked that I only work with Matt and Rick moving forward because they were on the ball and made sure they kept me in the loop when it came to updates on how long it’d be before I got the car. I went to the dealership yesterday to ask Matt a question in regards of the car I purchased and he was super friendly and easily had the answer. Rick came over to say hello and remembered my name. It felt really nice to have two employees like them to make sure that I was taken care of, how the car was driving……they offered their services if I had any questions and provided me with business cards. If you’re looking to purchase a car – whether it’s new or a certified pre owned - go see Matt Hoppe and Rick Hungerford. Great guys, friendly and super respectful; they treated me as an equal even though I know very little about cars. More

Great experience leasing a new STI I had just started my search for new vehicle to replace my aging (but terribly fun) sports car, and didn't really expect to make a purchase on the day I had just started my search for new vehicle to replace my aging (but terribly fun) sports car, and didn't really expect to make a purchase on the day of my visit to Flemington Subaru. I drove about 90 minutes to see Matt because he had the only manual BRZ in my area. I called the day before to schedule a test drive and Matt had the car ready to go when I got there. After driving the BRZ I realized it wasn't really what I was looking for, but I had always heard great things about the WRX -- and I liked the styling, so... I asked a few questions and Matt suggested we take it out for a spin. I loved it, but back at the showroom, the STI sitting in the lobby was calling to me... Matt and the crew at Flemington wasted no time opening up the showroom and shuffling cars around to pull out the STI. I'm really glad that they did, because it was perfect for me. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I left with the STI and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be back! More
