I think I got a fair price for the car through TrueCar.com. They took their time, and I didn't really feel pressured or have to deal with "let me check with my manager" nonsense. I could have probably haggled and gotten the car a few $ cheaper, but they did give me a good trade-in so I felt from that that they were a fair place with which to do business. More
