I politely declined because I'm the nut who read the manual before he bought the car! Alex even made sure everything went smoothly shortly after I drove the car home. When I met with Brian, he explained to me that he could get me exactly what I was looking for but it might take a few months, which was fine with me. When he quoted me a price, it was actually less than what I was anticipating to pay. My car came in earlier than expected, and I absolutely love it. It had everything I was looking for, and Brian took a half hour explaining to me how to work the various features. When I met with Glenn to go over the financing, all the numbers were exactly the same as quoted to me, and the interest rate I received was what I was looking for.
