My experience with service department has been just OK or maybe even not good. Twice I have spent more than 2000 on repairs and they return my keys with no explanation of what happened. My latest service was maybe even not good. Twice I have spent more than 2000 on repairs and they return my keys with no explanation of what happened. My latest service was a bit better, but I asked them specifically to have the car ready by 1100, which they said would be no problem, and at 1230 it was still not ready . . . except that it was, just sitting there in the parking lot, "not ready". I really wish they could get the organization of their things right, since that would be nicer for everyone, and it is a bit exhausting that it hasn't been. More

We had a multipoint inspection done on 4/28/2023 on our 2019 Impreza. Service included rotating the tires and checking the air pressure. Two days after this the air pressure the MySubaru site showed that 2019 Impreza. Service included rotating the tires and checking the air pressure. Two days after this the air pressure the MySubaru site showed that they were underinflated. The service report said that the air pressure was checked, but we seriously doubt that it was done. More
