Service was fine, the trailer was pretty awful. My only issue is communication. I was called daily about my service (didnt need that) and when I walked in to get my car, they pretended like I have My only issue is communication. I was thrilled with the attention to detail, the friendliness, and the very helpful way in which she related to me. She definitely gets 5 STARS!!!!!!!!! Jeanette helped me get my third lease (more specifically, Crosstrek) with Subaru. I would hate for her service to be ignored or overlooked or, even, attributed to Alex. Always had good experience with the exception of the 2 prior visits. I asked for a noise in the front wheel to be looked into and nothing was found. This visit I needed brakes and rotors. If brakes were prior visits. I asked for a noise in the front wheel to be looked into and nothing was found. This visit I needed brakes and rotors. If brakes were checked last time I might not have needed the rotors. This time I was fortunate to have a competent mechanic and several issues were discovered. Will be back when ordered parts come in. More
I had a hard time getting connected prior to my service day with a representative. Kept on hold or never answered the call and I had to wait another day since time was not available for me. I ended up go day with a representative. Kept on hold or never answered the call and I had to wait another day since time was not available for me. I ended up going to a local place to get the tired check, but had issues with the tire still. So, I stopped in the service center in person and was able to get my issue resolved. It was good after the service was performed. More
