Worst service ever. Waited two hours for a new battery. Then I was told it would be another two to three hours because they had to charge the old battery first. Told I n Waited two hours for a new battery. Then I was told it would be another two to three hours because they had to charge the old battery first. Told I needed a new cabin air filter because the old one was clogged. Got home check the old filter and it looked like new. Needed a new lug nut, which I did because one fell off. Guess who was the last people to rotate the tires, Circa Subaru. Obviously they did not tighten them properly when rotating the tires. Also they estimated the cost to replace a lug nut was over a hundred dollars. There were other things they wanted to do. The estimated the bill would be over $800. I took the car to a local HONEST repair service and had every thing done for less than half what Ciocca wanted to charge. Be very careful about their free 40 point inspection. It seems to be just a way to charge you for unneeded service. More

They're a great Service Center. I just wish they had a location in Northern New Jersey. I would have given them 5 stars except when I was getting my oil change, I wish they did th I just wish they had a location in Northern New Jersey.
