Scheduled appointments without parts, waisted my time. Different answers to questions depending on who you talked to. Didn’t provide two free maintenances as they said they would do. Very upset that for both my oil changes I have had to wait 1 1/2 hours while others were taken ahead of me. No point in making an appointment if it's not honored. Also had an issue with a tire leak that I was told I had to pay for until I refused the work and magically I received a phone call saying it was covered....I do not feel appreciated as a customer at all!
