.I was not thrilled that when I showed up for a recall that the part was not there. The woman checking me in said I could reschedule. I had already waited two weeks for the appointment which I also incl that the part was not there. The woman checking me in said I could reschedule. If you don't have a part for the recall you should call the customer and let them know. If I knew the day before I wouldn't have wasted the trip. Now this recall is costing me two trips and time off of work to address it instead of 1. Ashley is wonderful in the service department. She was apologetic and scheduled my appointment for the recall.
