Within a few minutes, she returned to say that they could take care of the problem immediately. 45 minutes later, my Forester was repaired at no cost, although the damage had been caused by a sister Ciocca non-Subaru dealership when they performed a service under the Ciocca Promise. I could not have asked for a better outcome and am grateful to all 3 of them for listening, caring, and acting on my behalf. More

I am very satisfied with how this service department has been taking care of my Outback over the years. I have never had to worry about the quality of my service, always outstanding. While it is possible that I might be paying a little more for original Subaru parts, I am happier with original Subaru parts then with third party parts. I brought my 2018 Outback in for what may her last service recently because Subaru no longer makes catalytic converters for me 2005 Outback, understandable. The tech told me what I already suspected that my check engine light is due to the catalytic converter, so she will fail inspection. I waited for my service to be completed, just under and hour. I got 15 years out of my Outback and approximately 243,500 miles. Not bad and I would not have that longevity without the service department at Ciocca Subaru of Flemington, the same staffing as it's precursor, Flemington Subaru More
