It seems as if they get along as a team; the environment has a good feel to it, very respectful and friendly to each other. That makes for a better customer environment, too! Took car in for service as check engine lights on- which they need to Order a part- it has been 2 Weeks- Still Waiting. I let them Know the hands free and car play does not work well- the answer they they need to Order a part- it has been 2 Weeks- Still Waiting. I let them Know the hands free and car play does not work well- the answer they said was to use an apple cord- ok that doesn’t address blue tooth pairing that drops your phone. They did not even fill Windshield fluid - which had the refill light which they had to see as I brought the car in due to the dashboard lights on- mine is a fleet car- glad I don’t own it- also no bathroom access except walking through an active garage at 8 am- at least have a safe path to a restroom- I should have to wait til the showroom is open to safely navigate to the rest room More
